"Had to Grab the Deal"
I saw the ticket price and kind of bought them on impulse because it seemed like a solid deal. Ended up saving a bit, and checkout went smoothly, so no complaints from me.

"Kind of hard to find anything"

"I picked my seats from the map, but..."
I picked my seats from the map, but when I got to the show, they weren’t what I thought I had chosen. The seat map seemed off, which was really frustrating. Also, I couldn’t help wondering if there were some hidden fees or upgrades baked in somewhere, because the whole checkout didn’t feel super clear.

I booked my show tickets and they showed up in my email quicker than I thought they would. The whole process was really easy and straightforward, with no hassle at all. I did have to check my spam folder once, but other than that everything went smoothly. I’d definitely use it again.

"Got weird vibes at checkout"
I was about to book, and everything was mostly fine up until the payment page. Then I kind of paused, maybe I’m overthinking it, but it just didn’t look or feel secure enough for me to type in my card details. I clicked around for a minute, thought about trying again, but once that doubt popped into my head I couldn’t shake it. Ended up leaving without booking.

"Refund process was a headache"
i mean, booking through thisisvegas.com was fine at first, but once I had to cancel, things got confusing quickly. The cancellation steps weren’t very clear, and I ended up having to message them more than once just to understand what was actually happening.
The refund also took longer than I thought it would, and the replies felt a bit slow. They did help me eventually, but the whole thing was more stressful than it needed to be. I really think they should make the refund rules easier to find and understand.

"Customer service never got back to me"
I reached out to customer service and waited several days, but nobody ever replied. i feel stupid for trusting them to actually help or even acknowledge my message. Really disappointing experience.

I booked because the site clearly made it look like there were seats available, so I figured I was good to go. I don’t think it’s unreasonable to trust what the booking page says, especially when you’re paying right then and there, so it was frustrating to be told afterward that the show wasn’t actually available.
If the dates and tickets aren’t accurate, it kind of defeats the whole purpose of using the site. I ended up having to start over somewhere else, which made planning the night way more stressful than it needed to be...

The site was simple to figure out, but somehow the actual checkout still felt annoying. I could find what I needed without much trouble, but then I had to keep going back to fix little things, and it made the whole process feel slower than it should’ve. So I guess it was user-friendly, but not exactly smooth at the same time.

"Pretty fair prices in my experience"
I bought show tickets through thisisvegas.com, and from what I saw, the prices were better than a few other sites I looked at. There were some fees added at checkout, so it wasn’t the absolute cheapest thing ever, but they didn’t feel outrageous to me. The booking process was easy enough, and I’d probably use them again as long as the final price still seems reasonable.
